DESCRIPTION
Grapes from the Maipo Alto, heavily influenced by the Andes mountain range, due to the excellent terroir where the vines and a maturation process that gradually progresses in summer warm days and cool nights grow.
A wine high in polyphenols with a delicacy and harmony of color and aroma, with a taste that characterize our wines in particular is generated. A crimson color to a deep purple, with expressions of red fruits like strawberries or black fruits like blackberry, with secondary aromas which can include as cinnamon and / or cafe mocha.
Tannins of medium intensity - high, but lighter than their close relatives (cabernet sauvignon and merlot), maintaining that elegant posture and good persistence.
